How to Deal with Problems without Attracting More Problems

If Law of Attraction says what we focus on expands, how do we deal with problems without attracting more problems? Problems cannot be blissfully ignored. Heat wouldn’t exist without cold. Light wouldn’t exist without dark, and problems wouldn’t exist without solutions. To use the Law of Attraction to your advantage, focus on the solution. If you believe a solution exists, you will feel good feelings as you let your mind work upon finding the solution. Each time you come up with a solution and encounter a blockage that means your attempted solution will not work, then you have eliminated another possibility and are a step closer to finding the true solution or finding creative ways to remove the blockage. You can feel good about that too. Aim to feel good as you go through the process of solution finding. Bad feelings are a clue that your thoughts are out of line. Bad thoughts will signal you to adjust your thinking and choose more positive feeling thoughts that will guide you to the solution that you need. You don’t have to lie to yourself, just give yourself the benefit of a brighter perspective. Be sure the problem is actually a problem and not a potential problem. We waste energy when we worry about things that might happen and might cause a problem we don’t yet have. Take preventative measures that are common sense. This is good planning. If you go waterskiing, wear a life jacket. You do not have to imagine yourself drowning to get the idea of wearing a life jacket. It is common sense. Worrying multiplies. Worrisome thoughts cause more worrisome thoughts, but planning is smart and will save you from worry. Any “solution” created to solve a potential problem that you have imagined will be counter-productive. All good solutions come from a place of confidence and a healthy, hopeful outlook. When a problem flares its ugly nostrils at you, turn your attention to yourself and the strength of your connection to your source, God, or higher power. When you feel the fullness of that connection, you will be prepared to find a solution to the problem that has put a barrier between you and your dreams. Your dreams were born inside of you out of your connection to God. These dreams are calling you to become as connected to God in your human, physical experience as you are in spirit.
